1. Order & Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for delivery or pickup (if applicable).

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing an order.

2. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for opened food or treats.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

3. Payment Methods

We accept: E-transfer, Credit/Debit Card (where available).

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
