1. Order & Processing
● Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
● You will receive a notification when your order is ready for delivery or pickup (if applicable).
● Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing an order.
2. Returns & Refunds
● We do not accept returns or refunds for opened food or treats.
● If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
● Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
3. Payment Methods
● We accept: E-transfer, Credit/Debit Card (where available).
● Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
